Returns or cancellations
No merchandise may be returned or cancelled without written consent and shipping instructions.
Authorized cancellations or returns are subject to a 25% charge. Products that have a five-day (or less) production time are, in any case, not subject to cancellation.
All custom products and the Vista modular curved metal frame system are not, in any case, subject to cancellation.
Production schedules
All estimates of time are done in good faith and every effort will be made to adhere to publish schedules. However, they are subject to change without notice due to availability of materials, work load, etc.
Guarantee
All products are guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of shipment.
