Shipping instructions
Most products are shipped and insured by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, unless otherwise requested. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or by U.S. Mail.
Damaged product
We turn over merchandise in perfect condition to the carrier and we are not responsible for damage suffered in transit. The carrier, by law, is an agent of the customer and the consignee must file all claims for damage. Before accepting merchandise inspect for damage or shortage and refuse to sign the bill of lading until so noted. Claims for damage, concealed or otherwise, must be filed with carrier within seven days. Do not completely unpack damaged merchandise until the carrier makes an official inspection.
Shortages
All claims for shortage or errors must be made in writing within five days of receipt of your order. No claims will be allowed thereafter.
Production schedules
All estimates of time are done in good faith and every effort will be made to adhere to publish schedules. However, they are subject to change without notice due to availability of materials, work load, etc.
Guarantee
All products are guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of shipment.
